About Adiel

People at the heart of everything we do.

We exist to enable people to realise their potential, strengthen the communities they belong to and create sustainable pathways to well-being.

Who we are

Practical development rooted in people and communities.

Adiel Impact Foundation is a development-focused organisation committed to empowering people, strengthening communities and creating lasting social, economic and environmental change.

We recognise that livelihood, social and environmental challenges are connected. Our work therefore brings together human capability, sustainable livelihoods, green innovation, mental well-being, climate resilience and community strengthening.

Our primary focus is women, youth and persons with disabilities, particularly those facing barriers to opportunity, inclusion, sustainable livelihoods and community participation.

We seek to work with communities rather than simply for communities, encouraging local ownership and solutions that can endure.
